All possible combinations of modulations between keys of up to four flats and four sharps have been written. Those between major and relative minor, eg: between C and A minor, have been omitted as their key signatures remain the same. (This modulation presents no problem as the minor chord can follow straight on from the major. This also works in reverse).
The compilation of this book has been complex but organists will find it extremely useful. The modulations are easy to play and present few difficulties in performance. Our composers have again risen to an unusual challenge and this compilation of their work should find a place in all organ lofts.
The extensive index will enable this fine book to be used with ease.
